The Secret Ramp In The Woods — Roark Revival’s Jamie Collins Doc

Deep in Vancouver Island’s forests lies a concrete DIY halfpipe that stands as a monument and functional memorial. Its architect, Jamie Collins, passed away shortly after the structure was completed in 2011. Only a select few know of the ramp’s location; Jamie Thomas is one of them, and he pays his respects in this video by Roark Revival.

A fund is set up in Jamie Collins’s memory. The Jamie Collins Legend & Legacy Fund creates athletic and educational opportunities for the kids in West Coast communities on Canada’s Vancouver Island.
