SEWA KROETKOV PARTS WAYS WITH BLIND

Sewa Kroetkov took to Instagram last night to announce the end of his nearly 10-year relationship with Blind. The news comes as somewhat of a surprise considering that Sewa has been a cornerstone of Blind’s program for such a long time. And with the timing of the announcement coming so soon after Shane O’Neill leaving Primitive to launch a new brand and Tommy Fynn parting ways with Stereo, people are already speculating on if Sewa will be be a part of Shane’s new brand. We’ll have to collectively wait and see. For now, view the announcement below.

After riding for Blind for nearly 10 years, I’ve decided to part ways.

*I’d like to thank the whole Blind team for all the great times whenever we would link up or go on a trip. It’s been an honor to be part of such a sick team, let alone turning pro on a team with one of the highest levels of skating in the game! It’s been great being on a squad that continues to push skating to the next level each and every time, while remaining humble. *

*I want to give a special thanks to Bill Weiss for believing in me in the first place and everything else you’ve done for me on a personal level. I’ve always had a great time skating and hanging out with you. I have learned a lot from you over all the years and I will always thank you for that! *
*Major shout out to everybody who has supported me over all the years and thanks to everybody over at Dwindle Distribution for showing me love over all these years! *

I’ve had a great time on Blind, but I feel like it’s time for me to move on to the next chapter…
