AARON MEZA DIRECTS NEW HER SPACE HOLIDAY MUSIC VIDEO
Aaron Meza dug in the crates to produce Her Space Holiday’s new video for “Sixteen Syllables.” From the early FTC videos, through his work with Crailtap, and now Viceland, Meza is regarded as one of skateboarding’s great filmmakers. He utilizes some of his earliest work from 1991 to provide the visual for this new release. Her Space Holiday was started in 1996 by Marc Bianchi. Its brand of music lies somewhere between indie rock and indietronic. It definitely goes well with the carefree vibe of early ‘90s skateboarding. Have a look at the video above. While most of the skaters aren’t known outside of the Bay Area, there’s cameos from Mike York, James Kelch, and Chico Brenes. And, of course, anything that Meza makes is always a treat.
