ADIDAS — The Busenitz Scheinfeld
adidas Skateboarding has revealed a special, limited release of the Busenitz Scheinfeld in celebration of 13 (!) seasons of the Busenitz. The limited edition Busenitz Scheinfeld is specially made in the original Scheinfeld, Germany factory – the only adidas-owned shoe manufacturing facility in the world.
The result of a decade of ongoing collaborations with German-born Busenitz, the Scheinfeld takes the legendary adidas Samba and Copa Mundial models, and transforms them into a skate shoe built to handle every gnarly terrain that Busenitz regularly skates.
The adidas Scheinfeld factory is known for its unique expertise in footwear production; it manufactures all custom footwear for adidas’s top athletes, global soccer events and both Winter and Summer Olympic games.
Refined in a classic colorway (black with gold stripes, mein Gott!), the signature Busenitz Scheinfeld features a premium full-grain black leather upper, paired with gold accents, a white sole and a ‘Made in Germany’ label on the signature customizable tongue. The durable full grain leather upper resists blowouts and lends precision control for flicking your board, a cup-sole construction and GEOFIT collar cushioning deliver support, and recessed eyelets save your laces from shredding. The customizable tongue lets you dial in your fit and style.
The Busenitz Scheinfeld will be available only through specialty retailers in the U.S. and the adidas Skateboarding website starting December 18.
