For the third year in a row, CCS partnered with adidas Skateboarding for a mini-spot contest (replicating small-scale versions of legendary skatespots) at the company’s Portland, Oregon, store. This year’s contest theme was the “Brooklyn Bumps,” a diminutive version of the traffic-heavy Brooklyn Banks spot, and these skaters went off. adidas riders Miles Silvas, John Dilorenzo, and Sebo Walker killed it along with many more; Maurio McCoy took home $1,000 and the “Harold Hunter Award” for best all-day crowd-pleasing performance.
