Antwuan Dixon has been released from jail, and according to this morning’s post on Insta he has a renewed focus on skateboarding.
Skateboarding isn’t everything, but to many of us it’s one of our only positive outlets; in some cases it’s the only thing we have any control over. We know that there are other skaters out there who can relate to Antwuan on a deeper level—beyond the incarceration and tattoos. The Berrics is very excited to see what he does and how his recent experiences will inspire others. Get it, ‘Twuan!
Here’s today’s announcement:
“I understand that I have let a lot of you down with the lifestyle choices I have made over the past several years. I have no excuse for my actions, but just know that I have some demons that need to be dealt with. I am making a conscious decision to change my thought process, and evolve myself and my skateboarding career. Skateboarding has given me so much happiness and opportunity, and I promise to stop taking it for granted. I am free and back on board. Let’s get it!!!”
