BATB CLASSIC MOMENT — Chris Roberts and the Legion Of Doom
Originally cooked up as a way to creatively work around J Lay’s knee injury in BATB 1, Chris Roberts and his Legion of Doom prefigured today’s big-budget superhero team blockbusters and became legend in their own right. Like most super teams there were a couple of ringers (Koston and The Chief were conspicuous floaters), but in the end Marc Johnson’s Lex Luthor-like determination (and chrome dome) were too powerful.
