When he was 13, Dan Mancina was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa—a condition that has slowly deteriorated his vision over the years. Right now, he has lost about 90 percent of his sight. Eventually, he will be completely blind. Despite his disability, Dan continues to skate and prove that he doesn’t need to see to land tricks.
