DIAL TONE MFG INTRODUCES JAHMAL WILLIAMS

Dial Tone MFG continues to unveil its new team with the introduction of Jahmal Williams. Jahmal has been a staple of East Coast skateboarding since the early ‘90s, and is the creative genius behind HOPPS—one of New York’s most celebrated underground brands.
