ELEMENTAL AWARENESS SCHOLARSHIP — 2017 Element Skate Camp

For the past ten years, Elemental Awareness has been sending youth from underserved communities to Element Skate Camp. Elemental Awareness believes that Skate Camp is one of the best places on earth and that anyone can benefit from the experience of skateboarding in nature. 

This video from Elemental Awareness focuses on a group of South Central kids who were brought from Los Angeles to the picturesque Skate Camp for a week. Some of them haven’t even been outside of LA, let alone seen the giant redwoods or the Milky Way. Needless to say it was an unforgettable experience.
