The etnies Skatepark of Lake Forest is celebrating its 15-year anniversary tomorrow, December 8, from 12pm-5pm. The free event is open for public skating featuring a ‘Best Trick’ skate competition with a $1,000 prize purse judged by team riders Aidan Campbell, Matt Berger, Nick Garcia, Ryan Lay, Samarria Brevard, and more. The celebration also includes a carnival zone with $1 rides, games, food trucks, and live music from the bands Zig Zags and Tunnel Vision.
etnies Skatepark of Lake Forest ranks as one of the largest in the country with over 60,000 square feet of skateable features. Since it broke ground, the park has hosted hundreds of events, including fundraisers, skate camps, live music shows, movie screenings, and world-class skate competitions.
Better yet, the contest goes down one day after the BATB 11 Finals. So, if you’re in town for our event just hit the I-5 and take the short drive to the land of Sole Tech!
