Matt Price interviewed skate artist Mark “Fos” Foster about revisiting his 1997 Toy Machine “Arms” board series for a recent graphics series. It’s pretty interesting to hear Fos’s perspective on how his technique has evolved since the nineties, but even more interesting to learn that Priceyhot looks for yellow boards above any other factors. The new Toy Machine series is available now.

I recently shot some portraits and interviewed one of my faves, @fosgraphics about a new @toymachine series he did in the present day based on an old @toymachine series he did 22 years ago. It was extra cool because my first board I ever had (Mike Maldonado) in 1997 was from that series, and so was my third board (Bam). So these graphics are forever burned in the happiest part of my brain. Thanks Fos! Interview is live at the @ccs blog.? Also thanks to @coilean_hourigan for having kept the whole series together and sending me photos.
