RUTA TO THE BERRICS — Finals – Los Angeles
During the NIKE SB Panamericana Tour, four S.K.A.T.E. tournaments were held in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Peru. Each winner earned a trip to The Berrics to represent their country during Finals Night. For some of the South Americans it was their first time on a plane, let alone their first time in Los Angeles. And while many of you reading this can imagine what it would be like to win a trip to The Berrics, and the chance to visit famous spots like Hollywood High, and skate with your favorite Pros at Cherry Park, each one of these skaters had their own unique perspective participating in this once in a lifetime experience. That being said, no matter where you’re from or what language you speak, when we step on a board and motion rock-paper-scissors, flatground is universal. That’s just one reason why when it all came to a crescendo on Finals Night, with one finalist to be crowned RUTA To The Berrics Champion, everyone was able to share a truly unforgettable moment.
