Girl Skateboards’ latest collection is a lovingly remastered reproduction of a classic 1999 Mike Carroll deck. For the deck’s twentieth anniversary, the “Bruised Heels” collection includes a period-correct 7.5” shape on PS Stix wood with original Girl concave. Also, there’s a standard shape in three sizes, T-shirt, sweatshirt, and sweatpants. Griffin Gass and Sean Malto demonstrate this nifty bit of nostalgia on a period-correct schoolyard, with a period-appropriate table. This is dope. Period.
