Heath Kirchart’s 1999 ‘Sight Unseen’ Sessions Documented In ‘Beagle Tapes’

Beagle‘s eagle eye for hijinx and weird street moments set him apart from his peers over the years, but he’s also the king of capturing hammers. You can see some examples of this in the most recent ‘Beagle Tapes’ episode (Tape #80), featuring Andrew Reynolds’s 1999 Birdhouse teammate Heath Kirchart filming for his soon-to-be-revolutionary Sight Unseen part. This archival footage is an incredible time capsule of an era when skating was progressing at a crazy rate—and Kirchart always seemed to be ahead of the curve.

Also in this edition are Brad Hayes, Jeff Lenoce, and Ali Cairns, as Beagle makes his way from Huntington Beach to LA, with stops at the Vans park and in Long Beach. We hope this fool never runs out of tapes!

Beagle has worked on some rad projects with The Berrics over the years, including a pooch-tastic 2014 REDirect entry starring the now-famous pup Murdy. Watch a handful of his work with us below:
