Shot on location in North Hollywood and Burbank, Summer of ’17 revolves around Jeff—a conflicted teen played by Ryder McLaughlin who attempts to win over his summer crush while on a journey of self discovery. Produced by Malcolm Washington, directed by Alfred, and shot by Ayinde Anderson, Summer of ’17 delivers fantastic cinematography, authentic dialogue, and manages draw the viewer into the story.
