Lakai Introduces Contributing Artist David Flores
Lakai‘s contributing artist program has given a platform to some outstanding artists, and the latest continues in that tradition. David Flores, a designer/muralist/painter, who has worked extensively in skateboarding for many years, creating literally hundreds of graphics for several brands such as Shortys and Deluxe. Flores has also extended his work beyond skateboarding and established an amazing fine art career, creating distinctive murals and showing in galleries all over the world. The Crailtap riders have been working with The Berrics since before a single clip was filmed in our teeny, tiny Myers St private warehouse. (Ty Evans put together an awesome ‘Skate Fairy’ episode devoted to the LA sanctuary in 2006.)
