Adidas was founded in 1949 and has grown to be one of the most culturally significant shoe brands ever, to say nothing of their impact in skateboarding. To celebrate the brand’s seventieth anniversary, the Adidas Originals Instagram account posted a wonderful animated tour through history. All of the greats are featured: Muhammad Ali, Run-DMC, Stan Smith, and… Nora Vasconcellos? That’s right: homegirl gets the ender in this epic piece (already viewed half a million times).
