PALACE TAKE A JAPANESE HOLIDAY IN ‘DEEPER UNDERSTANDING’

The latest Palace joint, “Deeper Understanding,” takes a slightly different approach compared to past efforts—with its noticeable dearth of house music, the soundtrack is what you would call counterintuitive for a Palace release—but is still a highly enjoyable glitchfest. This time the squad session a number of Japanese spots, with the security guards Nippon at their heels, of course. They’ve even included a Liverpudlian respite featuring Charlie Birch and a high-speed cameo from Dave Mackey. Raw like sushi.

“Deeper Understanding” features Rory Milanes, Lucien Clarke, Chewy Cannon, Juan Saavedra, Benny Fairfax, Birch, Danny Brady, and Heitor Da Silva.
