This Is How Paul Jackson Designed Primitive’s ‘Marvel Collection’
Paul Jackson, a Toronto-based artist, is well-known for his distinctive “glitch” work, and he’s someone who Primitive comes back to time and time again for deck designs. (His striking ‘Samurai’ design for Paul Rodriguez’s pro model a few years ago was an instant success.) Jackson’s latest project is the ‘Marvel Collection’—intellectual property that he feels will always be relevant—and the brand visits his studio to learn what inspires him, and how he typically goes from conception to execution… and, as always, this video is edited by the one and only edit god Alan Hannon.
