POPULIST 2016 — Shane O’Neill
This is Shane O’Neill’s second year in a row as a Populist contender. And, like last year, he continues to push the envelope with constant progression and his seemingly effortless style. Throughout 2016, Shane has peppered Instagram with a steady barrage of eye candy; he kept us glued to our phones as we tried to comprehend what we just saw. Shane brought this quality of elite skating to Street League in 2016, winning the Super Crown Championship by consistently dropping 9-Club bangers and managing a flawless run. Shane makes immaculate precision look beautiful and we couldn’t imagine skateboarding without his contribution.
