Jack Olson‘s amateur status on REAL has been one of the longest Will-They-Won’t-They? situations in skateboarding history, but the brand finally put a ring on it last night turning the Minnesotan powerhouse pro last night. And it happened at his home skatepark, 3rd Lair!

Olson has been filming at The Berrics as an Am for over 4 years, constantly progressing and impressing. There’s no word on why it took REAL so long to turn him Pro. But the brand did post some touching photos from the event last night (Olson’s family was there to celebrate), below, with the following caption basically admitting that this promotion was a loooooooooong time coming: “After many miles in the van and a million laughs later, Jack Olson is pro!”
