You may know Ryan Clements as the guy from The Boardr who sometimes announces contests. If you’re in the know, then you are probably aware that he was an integral part of The Skatepark of Tampa during its formative years and has been playing a major role behind the scenes in the skateboard industry for nearly two decades.
What you may not know is that Ryan started one of skateboarding’s most noteworthy agencies that handles contracts for the likes of Mark Gonzales, Shane O’Neill, Diego Najera, and many more. Clements talks about the ins and outs of contract negotiations in great detail starting at the 1:01:00 mark in the latest episode of The Nine Club.
