SLS ANNOUNCES ITS 2018 DATES AND LOCATIONS — It Also Reveals a New Super Crown Format
SLS just unveiled its 2018 dates and locations. This announcement comes shortly after the revelation that the contest tour has partnered with World Skate as a qualifier for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. While we’ll be seeing a completely new tour format starting in 2019, this year SLS is revamping the Super Crown—which will most likely be in line with what we’ll be seeing in Tokyo in a couple of years.
The 2018 Pro Open will be happening in London, England, on May 26 and 27. There will be a stop in Los Angeles on July 7, and another in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, on August 26. The location and new format for the Super Crown have yet to be announced. We’ll update when we learn more.
