Polar’s Shin Sanbongi turned a lot of heads last year with his footage in We Blew It At Some Point—tricks like this unreal backside noseblunt (wow). That video was, for many, an introduction to Sanbongi. SOLO skate mag gives you a little more insight into what makes him tick, and how his environment informs his style of skating in “Riding The Wave.” Basically, just cruise like your life depended on it.
