Getting to Astoria Skatepark might seem like a mission, since Queens can feel like it’s an entire continent away from Manhattan, but trust us, the trek is worth it. Located in Astoria Park, nestled between rolling hills and towering trees, and a stone’s throw from one of the oldest, most famous public swimming pools in the country, Astoria Skatepark is hands down one of the best parks on the East Coast. Directly underneath the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge, you can’t miss it. We brought the Mountain Dew team out to give us the lowdown.
