Jonathan Mehring is one of skateboarding’s renowned photographers. He’s even published a book through National Geographic. It doesn’t get more prestigious than that. Mehring’s deal is that he likes to use skateboarding and photography as a vehicle for traveling to parts of the world that the average person typically wouldn’t make it to. His latest journey landed him in Nova Scotia to shoot with a group of friends including: Zered Bassett, Eli Reed, Brian Delatorre, and Jake Johnson. Canon’s The Creator Class produced a short video on the trip that provides a nice visual of the experience while getting Mehring’s insight on how it came together. Have a look for yourself above.
