Steven Cales is the latest to sit down for an interview with The Nine Club. Originally from Brooklyn, Cales was among the first group of skaters from New York to get sponsored and go pro for West Coast companies. His resume includes: Blue, 60/40, and Menace to name a few. He did this in spite of a tough upbringing that included losing his parents at an early age. Unfortunately, lack of guidance and an addictive personality led Cales down a dark path that involved drugs, jail, and even being shot in the face.
