TJ Rogers Wraps Up Red Bull’s ‘Steady Pushing’ Series In Vancouver

TJ Rogers, who held the title of Battle Commander at The Berrics in 2019 and currently reigns as our Top Squid, has a new travelogue series with Red Bull called ‘Steady Pushing’ which explores his home country of Canada, dedicating each episode to another province. The series’ fourth (and final) episode heads to Vancouver, B.C. by way of Calgary; Banff, Alberta; and Kootenay. He visits Driftopia and, once again, spends time with the legend Mitch Barrette.

To wrap up this epic series, Red Bull has a really enlightening and funny interview with Rogers featured on the brand’s blog. He reflects on his ‘Steady Pushing’ trip through his home-country, and shares his thoughts on how it’s been keeping pace with the U.S. skate industry in general (and he can’t resist throwing in a little skate pun for good measure—we love TJ):

“Some other people may try to judge and criticize, but I think they’re just one-sided. You have to see the world as a full 360.”

Read Rogers’s interview here and watch the last episode of ‘Steady Pushing’ above! Rogers has been one of our favorite skaters for years, and he has been working with us closely since 2013. Watch a handful of his Berrics projects below:
