TJ Rogers Chats With ‘The Nine Club’ About His Cancer Treatment
TJ Rogers, a pro who held the title of Battle Commander at The Berrics in 2019 and soon will be kicking cancer’s ass (and currently reigns as our Top Squid), recently stopped by ‘The Nine Club’ for an episode of ‘Stop and Chat.’ In the interview (above) Rogers talks about filming 3 parts so far this year; switch back lips; fighting cancer and going through chemotherapy; ollieing over the fence at Hollywood High, his switch front heel over the San Dimas gap; and what his outlook is like now in the midst of his cancer scare.

Some background: Last month, Rogers announced via Instagram that he has been diagnosed with testicular cancer. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy (he was given the diagnosis in January). It feels like a punch in the gut to learn that one of our closest friends is going through something this gnarly, but we know that TJ will kick cancer’s ass. He is a fuckin’ Red Dragon after all. Hold your head, TJ!
