GUY MARIANO’S “PRETTY SWEET” PART

In 2012, Girl released its first full-length since Yeah Right! nine years ago. Named Pretty Sweet, in recognition of the joint effort with Chocolate Skateboards—”Pretty” being the team’s pet name for Vincent Alvarez… just kidding—the video clocked in at nearly an hour and twenty minutes (over two hours with extras). But, after seeing Guy Mariano‘s ender, you just wanted to watch it again and again.

Today, Guy—still as inventive as ever—will be inducted into the Skateboarding Hall of Fame. And it’s about time.
