Volcom has partnered with the Ad Council to create a campaign communicating the importance of staying home to prevent the spread of coronavirus. #StayHomeForThis takes a rational approach, using logic that even the most rebellious skaters really can’t argue with: Stay home, don’t expose yourself to a deadly virus at the height of a global pandemic, and get back to skating once things are safer.
The brand’s digital campaign has been cosigned by athletes and even the brand’s competitors, proving that we really are in this together; there can be no conflict of interest when the survival of millions is on the line.
