Introducing Ruby Lilley, the 16-year-old skateboarding prodigy from Oceanside, CA, who is taking the skateboarding world by storm. Ruby’s story is one of natural talent and dedication. Originally a dancer with a passion for ballet and ballroom, Lilley discovered skateboarding when she followed her older brothers to the park. Her passion and talent for the sport were evident from the start, and soon her brothers realized that she was destined for greatness on a skateboard. In the past year, Lilley has made a name for herself on the international skateboarding stage. She placed 1st at the Exposure Vert Pro Open, 2nd place at the 2022 USA Skateboarding National Championships, and most recently, 2nd place at X-Games Japan this past weekend. Her hard work and dedication paid off when she was selected for the 2023 USA Skateboarding National Team for Women’s Park, cementing her position as one of the top female park skateboarders in the world.
