Zion Wright Has Left Nike SB

22-year-old Zion Wright has said goodbye to his longtime shoe sponsor Nike SB. Wright announced the news last night via Instagram:

“It’s been a great ride. But our partnership has come to an end. Thank you Nike SB and all the SB staff for the love & support over the years, it’s been real. Can’t wait to see what the future holds! It’s up!”

Wright, who keeps getting stronger and more consistent every year, is at the top of his game. (Even Ellen Degeneres has to give him props.) He (along with skateboarding as a whole) will be making his debut in the Olympics this summer, and the only question is: what brand of shoe will be on his feet?

Wright has worked with The Berrics on numerous projects over the years, including his introductory Next New Wave part, a very gnarly Battle Scars (ouch), and an outstanding Recruit. Watch a handful of these videos below:
