ACTOR MATTHEW MODINE LOSES TOOTH AFTER SKATEBOARD SLAM
Matthew Modine is an instantly recognizable actor, but a recent bail has given him an unexpected makeover. While the 60-year-old was skating around he started fiddling with his phone, took a slam, and lost one of his pearly whites after a gnarly face plant. Some paparazzo caught up with the homie at the airport, as seen on Toofab.
Modine said, “You know, when I started skateboarding there was no such thing as a cellphone. And what you never wanna do is go skateboarding and look at your cellphone.”
Modine is probably best known for Stanley Kubrick’s Full Metal Jacket, in which he plays Private Joker. He can also be seen in Stranger Things on Netflix, in the role of Dr. Brenner. There’s no footage of Modine taking his slam, but if we had to imagine it probably looked something like this:
