On a steel horse she rides… Lizzie Armanto loves her skateboard almost as much as her motorcycle—this has been scientifically proven. If you don’t believe us, check out this video for the X Games, enlisting a brain doctor to explain all the ins and outs of Armanto’s noodle. As it turns out, Armanto really responds to both skateboarding and easy ridering in a way that makes her focus and be more aware of her surroundings, tuning most everything else out.

So if you’ve ever hit a pebble when you weren’t paying attention, sending you flying off your board, maybe try a motorcycle.
