The Paris/Chelles Vans Park Series Pro Tour event last weekend was full of surprises—USA’s Cory Juneau took first place with his flawless “no grabs, no problem” run, broadcasting his casual style with Vans slipons (and no helmet), and Japan’s Kokona Hiraki nosegrinded her way to the top for the Women’s division. (Catch the full Paris/Chelles rebroadcast here.) Action speaks louder than words, but sometimes you do need the perspectives of two legends and that’s where Jeff Grosso‘s “Time Out With Grosso” comes in. Grosso delivers the postmortem with Tony Hawk (we assume you’ve heard of him), delivering insight that you may not have picked up on during the course of the contest.
The Women’s Pro Finals breakdown is above, and the dynamic duo are joined by statue-esque Vans rider Geoff Rowley for the Men’s breakdown, below. (You may also want to scroll farther down for Hawk’s latest masterpiece, the products of our recent Tony Hawk Week.)
