San Diego’s New School of Architecture & Design recently held a talk with CSEF (College Skateboarding Educational Foundation) investigating how design overlaps with skateboarding.
The panel event (“Shredding The Norm: Investigating the Overlap of Skateboarding & Design”) unearthed some interesting nuggets—you’ll never think about design the same way again.
CSEF (the College Skateboarding Educational Foundation) gives college scholarships to skateboarders. This nonprofit awards scholarships to any skater in the United States that has good grades, a passion for skateboarding, and positive involvement in their communities.
