Pocket Skate Shares Coverage of Kevin Baekkel’s Torshov Open 2023
Kevin Baekkel and friends recently held the 3rd annual Torshov Open, the insane open skate contest and concert series held in the streets of Oslo, Norway. The event draws thousands from around the world to test their luck on the infamous Torshov rail (which got a wavy upgrade this year), session the mini ramp, skate the Monster obstacle, cheat death in the downhill race, head bang with the bands, and have the time of their lives. With appearances from Wes Kremer, David Gravette, Tiago Lemos, Giovanni Vianna, Milton Martinez, Gabriel Fortunato, and many more, the Torshov Open fulfills it’s promise of being one of the most exciting European events in the world.
