Sandlot Times Presents Manny Santiago His New Pro Model
Manny Santiago and Ryan Sheckler have known each other for a long time so when Manny went looking for a new board sponsor it only made sense to jump onto the crew of Sheckler’s board brand, Sandlot Times. To celebrate his welcome to the team, Shecks surprised Manny with a first look of his Solos Taina Pro Model at the Sandlot Times HQ before gripping and ripping it up at the brands private training facility.
Manny’s board, designed by close friend and fellow Puerto Rican artist, Xava Maldonado, pays homage to the native Taino people and his Puerto Rican heritage. Manny shared his thoughts on the board graphic on his Instagram Page:

The person on the board is a illustration of Christiana Means with the TAINO indigenous face paint. All around this board represents a lot of my life and I’m excited to share it with you all…❤️🔥”
