Vans profiled team rider Cher Strauberry for its latest mini-doc, which gives a ton of insight into why she has become revered in the queer and skate communities. The multi-hyphenate Strauberry had a hand in founding Glue, plays a significant role in pioneering queer brand/movement Unity Skateboarding, regularly cranks out zines, plays music, and even designs (her Vans capsule collection debuted in October), and she is very open about the path which led her to the limelight. Featuring thoughts from local Bay Area legends Rob Welsh and Corey Duffel, this Strauberry short doc is required viewing for anyone interested in the future. Watch it above…
